If I could say something to Victoria, I would say that she is an awesome person for what she did. She took Little guy or "William" from his dysfunctional family. I would say this because the little boy looks up to her and trusts her now because she took him from his mom who abandoned him in a train bathroom. She is William's hero! I think that if William could talk he would say the same thing!
I would also say that she should probably take him back to the police station. I would say this because the little boy isn't related to her at all. The little boy doesn't belong to her, and probably never will be! She should probably take him back because even though his family is a little dysfunctional it's still his family. His family obviously cares about him because they called 911 for a kidnapping involving him as the kid.
I agree 100% on that Victoria did the right thing. I also agree with you on the Victoria is Willams hero and that he looks up to her. She should have taken him to the police station and turned him in to his mom.
